In a earlier previous post - Which service pack do I have installed? - based on How to identify your SQL Server version and edition and using
EXEC xp_msver;
for a deep dive to SQL Server version information, the guys of http://sqlserverbuilds. blogspot. com
gives you an unofficial build chart lists all of the known KB articles, hotfixes and other builds of MS SQL Server 2008, 2005, 2000 and 7.0 that have been released.

Thanks for the link!
Didn't know that this site exists. :-)
2010-03-29 @ 09:18:16
Frank, indeed - but it is unofficial!
2010-03-29 @ 22:31:00
Nah, I don't care whether it is official or not. It's a very good starting point for further investigations.

Yes, I agree with you - it is a very good starting point!
It might be a possibility - to the same - for insidesql, but with german KB's.
:-)
I wish you a nice day,

Hm, maybe...
However, I wouldn't underestimate the time and efforts that one would need to put into this. Let's talk about this in a mail.
2010-03-30 @ 21:20:02
OK, tomorrwo by mail :-)
2010-03-30 @ 22:21:11
Cool.
Btw, on an unrelated note: I fixed the RSS feed feature. You actually do now see something between the "XML Feeds" title and the "What is RSS?" link. :-)

:-) THX Frank!
